- Candidates should Possess Master of Medicine (MD)/ Master of Surgery (MS)/ Diploma of National Board (DNB)/ Doctorate Degree, PG, Ph.D, M.Sc in Concerned subject from recognized University.

- For General/OBC Candidates: Rs.500/-
- For SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/PWD/Departmental Candidates: NIL
- Candidate age should not exceed 45 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
