🎓 Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Head Sales

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed colleges/universities. Preferred: CFP/CFA/NISM certifications.

Experience: Minimum 15 years managing sales teams in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/AMCs, including at least 8 years leading large teams of Relationship Managers/Team Leads. 1_Advertisement _Wealth MGMT_30.09.2026.pdf

2. Central Research Team – Product Lead

Qualification: MBA/PGDM or CA/CFA. Preferred NISM Investment Advisor/Research Analyst, CFP or NISM 21A/21B.

3. Manager – Business Process

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from a Government-recognised university/institution.

4. Project Development Manager – Technology

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM.

5. Central Operations Team – COT Support

Qualification: Graduation from a Government-recognised university/institution.
