Educational Qualification

The required qualification varies according to the discipline:

Industrial Safety: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology with PG Degree/Diploma in Safety Engineering Management or B.Tech in Safety/Fire Engineering.

Geology: Post Graduate Degree in Geology/Applied Geology.

Electrical: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology.

Mechanical: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining Machinery.

Civil: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

M&HS: MBBS with prescribed experience.

Environment Management: Degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology or relevant postgraduate qualification.

Mineral Processing: B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech in Mineral/Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Engineering or Mineral Processing.

Human Resources: MBA in Personnel Management/HR or relevant PG qualification/diploma, or Master’s in Social Work as specified.

Finance: CA Final or CMA Final.

Survey: Bachelor’s Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with Surveyor Certificate of Competency or M.Tech in Geomatics.

The eligibility date for age, qualification and experience is 01 September 2026.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive consolidated monthly pay according to the applicable grade:

FTE-I – ₹75,400

FTE-II – ₹94,200

FTE-III – ₹1,13,100

FTE-IV – ₹1,31,900

FTE-VI – ₹1,69,600

Selected candidates are also entitled to applicable benefits including employer PF contribution, HRA, gratuity, medical benefits and leave encashment as per HCL rules.

Experience Requirement

Candidates must possess the prescribed post-qualification experience relevant to the advertised discipline. Experience is counted from the date of obtaining the required basic/essential qualification.

Selection Process

The selection process will primarily be based on:

HCL may also conduct a written screening test, if required, for shortlisting candidates for the Personal Interview.
